The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the joa999 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at joa999.app.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to your Account under a joa999 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal.

If joa999 determines that you hold multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. You are required to update your account information promptly if it changes. joa999 may suspend or close your account if the information you provide is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.5 Verification. joa999 reserves the right to carry out identity, age, and payment verification checks at any time. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by joa999 to satisfy such checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joa999 username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by joa999 within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. joa999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the joa999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). joa999 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a joa999 transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter through joa999 support is a breach of these Terms. joa999 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback.

5.1 Eligibility. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.4 Withdrawal of Promotions. joa999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. 6.3 Malfunction Voids Play. • Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond joa999's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. joa999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, joa999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if joa999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability. Where joa999's liability cannot be excluded entirely under Applicable Law, joa999's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Complaints Process.
